Terms & Conditions

1. No additional guests than was disclosed at booking is allowed. Max guests allowed is 10 adults and children or 8 adults only.

2. Check-in is at 3 pm. If you need to arrive early and need a place to park, text, e-mail or call and we MAY be able to arrange to hold it until check-in for a convenience fee.

3. Checkout is at 10 am, if you are not gone from the premises, you may be charged for an additional day. Staying past checkout can present an issue with the check-in of the next guest due to cleaning, prep, etc.). 

4. If we do not have a guest checking in immediately we can at our discretion arrange for a late checkout. The fee for late checkout is $25.00 per hour.

 

1. Quiet time is 10 pm weekdays and 11 pm weekends/holidays, to be respectful of the neighbors.  
*We ask that all renters adhere to general campground rules for Shelp’s Resort (will be provided for check-in).  

2. No events/parties are allowed without the prior consent of Shelp’s Resort.

3. Any damage to furniture, supplies, linens, and or other textiles will be charged back to the guest based on the replacement cost of said item. 

4. Upon checkout all dirty towels, washcloths, and hand towels are to be placed in the shower, except bedding. Please leave bed linens on the beds.

5. Please wash any dishes & leave them on the counter drying rack to dry. 

6. Please pull kitchen trash and put it in the provided trash dumpster located at the park entrance prior to checkout.

7. Please do not rearrange the furniture inside other than the portable table and chairs provided.

8. If you used the Weber grill, please leave it clean for the next guest. 

9. If you find consumable items in the kitchen such as flour, salt, pepper, chips, spices, etc. we make no guarantee as to the freshness of these items. They have merely been left as a courtesy to you and to avoid wastefulness.   

10. Please follow all rules posted at the beach.  

 

11. NO SMOKING INSIDE ANY OF THE AREAS INCLUDING THE RV. If any area smells like smoke at checkout, you will be charged for additional cleaning and the running of the ozone machine. Smoking refers to, but is not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigs, marijuana, and incense. 

 

We hope you get the opportunity to fish in Pine Lake and have a successful fishing day. However, no fish cleaning is allowed inside. It must be done outside. Guts, scales, bones, etc. are to be disposed of in an exterior trash can in a trash bag located at the fish cleaning station. Do not just pitch in the trash can. It must be in a container of some type.  

 

We allow some dogs with prior approval. No dogs on furniture or beds. They must be crated when you are not there. Dogs must be kept on a lease when outside. The pet fee is $25.00 per dog per day. If your dog damages the property or any items in or around the property you will be charged for replacement cost of this item. No other animals will be considered (i.e. cats, lizards, birds, snakes, etc.) Dogs may not be tied up outside and left for any reason. Damage can be from (but not limited to) chewing, urine, feces, excessive amounts of hair, and drool.
